These luxurious socks have been made with beautiful hand-dyed Merino (4-ply) sock yarn. The yarn is a blend of 75% superwash merino & 25% nylon. This has all the soft and breathable qualities of Merino but with the added durability of nylon, making it perfect for socks.
Measurements (against a flat unstretched sock):
Length (toe to heel): 8.5" (about 21 cm)
Height (heel to cuff): 9.5" (about 24 cm)
While every care has been taken to ensure the colour fastness of the yarn, due to the intense colours used, it is perfectly normal for some dye to come away during the first wash. I recommend that the socks be handwashed separately for the first time.
